TREVAUNANCE COVE

Overlooked by the apartments, this is part of the Heritage Coast with safe, sandy ­beaches, mediterranean colours and rolling surf.
The Cove is very popular with surfers and body boarders with surfing lessons and equipment hire. Other activities include kayaking, fishing, golfing, horse riding, gliding, Kite surfing and cycling. The beach is ideal for families and is safe for bathing with lifeguards. There are three other sandy beaches within walking distance.
Fishermen work off the beach catching Lobster, Crab & Mackerel. The property is on the coastal path and is popular with walkers throughout the year with stunning walks to Chapel Porth & Perranporth, with walks past old Engine Houses.

WILDLIFE

The area is full of wildlife. From the garden you can see the Grey Seals swimming around the remains of the Harbour just below the property. Past years have seen Dolphins in the bay. Bird life is abundant with Kestrels, Kittiwakes, Fulmers and Gulls.

ST AGNES
Is a pretty, unspolit village, full of character and charm, with an historic heritage in mining & fishing.
St Agnes is ideally placed for all major towns and attractions including Eden, Lost Gardens of Heligan and many National Trust Houses and Gardens, Tate St Ives, St Michaels Mount in Penzance, Lands End and the Minack Theatre plus quaint fishing villages such as Mousehole & Cadgwith.
The Cathedral City of Truro is just 10 miles away with the main railway station direct to London.

St Agnes has a wide selection of shops for all daily needs including craft shops and galleries both in the village and at Trevaunance Cove. There is a variety of eating places, cafe’s and five Cornish pubs. The property is just down the hill from a charming traditional 17c local pub.
With early springs, mild autumn & winters, whether you want sun or to watch the magnificent seas pounding the rocks, St Agnes is an ideal holiday location all year round.
