Overlooked by the apartments, this is part of the Heritage Coast with safe, sandy beaches, mediterranean

The Cove is very popular with surfers and body boarders with surfing lessons

throughout the year with stunning walks to Chapel Porth & Perranporth, with walks past old Engine Houses.
The area is full of wildlife. From the garden you can see the Grey Seals swimming
around the remains of the Harbour just below the property. Past years have seen Dolphins in the bay.
Bird life is abundant with Kestrels, Kittiwakes, Fulmers and Gulls.
