Take the B3277 turn to St Agnes from the Chiverton roundabout on the A30.(The A30 continues on from the M5 at Exeter).

This takes you into St Agnes village. Follow the one way system past the Church and down Town Hill, passing ‘Stippy Stappy’ cottages on the left. At the bottom of the hill is the ‘Peterville Inn. Turn sharp left, sign posted ‘To the Beach’ and ‘Trevaunance Cove’.

Proceed down Quay Road as far as you can, past the 'Driftwood Spas’ and Rocky Lane and just before the beach car park take the private road on the left, sign-posted ‘No Through Road’. If you go any further you will find yourself on the beach!

Trevaunance Point House is the second of just three houses on the right, the sea side, directly on the cliff edge. Partking is in the large car park at the rear or you can park on the gravel at the front whilst unloading.(If you get lost the property was formally known as the Trevaunance Point Hotel).
